Booking Information
Once you have chosen your cake design and flavours we will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance will need to be paid 2 weeks prior to your collection/delivery date. Any alterations or changes that you wish to make need to be requested before your balance is paid, although we will try our best to accommodate you we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your cake design/flavour after this time.
Refunds & Returns
We endeavour to make sure that all our products are perfect for our clients, but accidents and mistakes do happen. We ask all our customers to check that their purchase is correct and in perfect order upon collection/delivery. In the unlikely event that there is a problem we will do our best to adjust or replace the item in question in time for your event. If you are unhappy with any element of your purchase, please contact us and we will see what we can do to put things right. If you need to alter or postpone your order, please let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes.

Dietary & Allergy Information
Although we will cater for clients that request gluten free, dairy free, nut free or egg free products, all our bakes are produced in a kitchen that handles NUTS, GLUTEN/WHEAT, DAIRY, EGG & SOYA. Please feel free to contact us if you require more information.
